Done in the stlye of your black bird, moon and trees within a dark night ; I like this piece just as much. It's interesting the way you go from bright color, happy and lighthearted to somber and lonely. We all have at least two sides to our nature. You've captured moods I can identify with. Thank-You for peer request !
ahh...yes...we all see different things...I appreciated your comments..."from happy to somber", but what I was really trying to portray was the magic of twilight and the contentment of solitude....but I loved your comments and the time you took to view my piece...thank you Elizabeth
Thank-You for sharing what was in your mind's eye as you created this beautiful piece of art. I oftentimes wonder about the artist's intentions. Isn't it interesting the way people see things in a whole new way. My mood was somber and I felt lonely before I looked at your piece. Perhaps, sometimes, when we're looking at art- we're also looking for some kind of connection that makes us feel less like an alien ?
Thank you for your reply....you are absolutely right.....I am glad you felt a connection to it...many of my pieces are in fact about the magical hour before dawn....twilight....I find it to be a very special hour....a place where fairies dance and and elves play....I once created a piece on grief and not one other person in a class of 30 saw grief in that piece...go figure.
Much mahalo/thank you for adding this image to artculturepeace365 group gallery! Wonderful addition to our creative explorations of experiential peace! Warm aloha to you!
