Description: The Gabrielle Giffords Tragedy. Before the event became totally twisted into a morphed political meme, human goodness rose bright from the gruesome violence. Beneath and beyond trivialities, people came together to love and offer prayers for the well-being of Rep. Giffords, those murdered, those recovering from deep injury.
The wounds were not simply physical. The wounds were not simply political. The wounds have gone deeper than appearances, gliches & memes. The wounds are cultural and spiritual. The healing requires love, kindness & compassion from everybody who breathes.
