Greetings Danni! I chose one of your AWESOME works for feature in the BLUE FRIDAY LOUNGE… It is my pleasure to invite you to go to this link, at http://groups.bluecanvas.com/BLUE/forum/post/2827 And post your work, and then make your own selection, and notify the Artist of their Feature, while also inviting them to keep the ball rolling… and pay-it-forward… just like this!
You draw the female form beautifully. Its delightful to see such playful artwork and the watercolor just makes it that much more incredible. I think my favorite part about this is how she's posing for the piece; like the bird behind her she's graceful and poised. Awesome work here.
Forgive me if this is already stated somewhere, (I tend to overlook the obvious) but what medium are you using?! Watercolor? Goache? Acrylic maybe?? BTW, love all your work!
the girl is the symbol for "Youth", her "glory" is symbolized by the crane bird, which stands for longevity and wisdom in Asian cultures. the vines represent time. =)

Magnificent! Form, line, color. A splendid interpretation of a staid and true subject throughout the history of art. You've made it your own!
