I LOVE THIS!! Ok, so one of the coolest things about getting stars is getting to see new stuff. The Captain was definitely a "staple" of my childhood. I never thought of him as creepy, just a little boring at times. (Although I loved the Crusader Rabbit cartoons - anybody remember them?)
