Blown borosilicate glass sandblasted and oil painted, hung from steel supports before a 16"x16" encaustic panel. This piece depicts a moment in an untold story. It explores the interactions between awe, innocence, curiosity, and reflection. My hope in creating this (and many of my other pieces) is that it takes you away on a journey in a story that only you know. I find that my pieces can become very personal for the viewer, and I like to leave the space for that to happen.
