I appreciate all the stars that you and everyone has given me on this. It was a tattoo design that fell into too much detail. There is a piece of paper I used to draw a sword. I left it out. The shiny parts are from nail polish I built up to give texture

No, it is actually pearl fingernail polish that i apply in coats while blowing on it. It gives a shine and texture to the horns and teeth. The girl never got it because she was scared. Thanks for the stars! Love your work.
