this is TRUE GENIUS ..... love the commitment ... and dedication ... originality and all the brilliance of this piece truly well respected is this piece ... wow ... so how was this constructed?
1s are of one girl's picture and 0s are of the other's. It's a composite of two different people and their phone numbers. I made the frame out of plywood and 2x12"s, and stretched canvas over it.
Interesting monumental image portrayal within structural sculpture mass.
Thanks, I was trying to make a painting that could also be photography, sculpture, installation, and video.

It's a composite of two photographs from two different girls I met on Myspace in like 2005. I turned their phone numbers into binary code, and assigned one photograph for the 1s and the other for the 0s. I thought of each increment of the gridded photograph as a component of information to altered as part of a number system.
