Beginner photographer here.
I'll admit, when I was young, I didnt find photography very interesting. I've always loved art, and loved to draw. Over the years I became more and more interested in Photography. in 2009 I took a trip to the Tongan Islands and brought my little canon point-and-shoot with me, and fell in love with photography (some of the pictures from that trip are here on my page). In March of 2010 I purchased "ditigal photography for dummies" and "Matering Digital Photography" on a whim. Immediatly, I fell in love. I read both books in a matter of weeks and by April, I purcahsed my first camera.... and that is where my story TRULY begins....

I have yet to find my "nitch" in photography. When I tell people it is a hobby/new passion of mine, a common followup question is "oh, what type of photography?" for which I am never sure how to answer.... Any advice?

Any advice/tips are absolutely appreciated!

I use a Canon Rebel t2i.
