Great to see you back!!
Hi Rosie...Not quite sure about the back part...My thoughts are in such turnoil...decisions are difficult...photography impossible. It will pass....time heals all. Thank you for your thoughts.
Months have passed dear Brian- you are missed and missed....I hope you are headed into happier waters soon- please stay in touch xxxxxxxxx
You have a beautiful gallery! I'm very impressed with how you capture not only the fish, but the water as well. Pure poetry!
Brian I am very touched by your generosity in nominating BIOGRAPHY OF A TREE for a feature! and while I am here in the land of the rainbow flying fish I am in awe ..exceptional and most beautiful work!
Brian - you know what you find at the end of a "rainbow" ? My fishing rod. Thanks for the star. I can't wait for more of your art . Memories abound.
And Stars too...Ha,ha. That rainbow trout in "A King Is Crowned" is at least 28" to 30" long with huge girth. I watched it snatch mayflies off the surface for nearly a half an hour before I attempted to photograph it because I was afraid that I would frighten off the magnificent beast. I wish you could have heard what you are seeing in this photo..no sipping on this eve...this trout was hungry, fearless, and loud!! I would have loved to have it hit a dry fly...but with my normal 3lb test tippet..this fish would have broke the line and not even realized it. Ha,Ha. Glad you are "Getting a Rise" out of my photos, Annie. Enjoying your comments too.
Thanks, BRian for the inspiring comment and star!
Oh Kari...first let me thank you for flipping through my photos and leaving so many compliments and stars. I am in awe of your talent and would love to experience even for a single day what it must feel like to pick up a pencil and a blank sheet of paper and create like you do. You are amazing.
My friend I,m sorry for deleating your message on my board, thanks for your appreciation and the stars, about my favorites, I must say that most of them are my favorites, each of them for his own expression and finish idea, some for the color, other for the detail and for the humor in them. eitan :-)
Hello, hello dahlink!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT to see you and your totally amazing images here on BC!!! Thanks for finding me ... Happiest of hugs!!!!
Thanks, I also have a fond affinity for the trout in the Sierras here in Calif. I try to get up there twice a year just to experience the calm moments along with the adrenal action displayed in your wonderful shots.
Jeff, calm is good...some people think I get too much of that...I disagree. :)) I have lived in both and much prefer hearing the echo of my giggle as I kayak across a lake. I hope that I am not damaging any of my brain functions...LOL So nice of you to stop by...Your work excites. Brian

Mister P: To tell the truth, I don't much care for fishing...or fish, for that matter. Your photos, on the other hand, are like none I've ever seen! You've got such a harmonious aptitude with aquatic vertebrates -- and patience! -- to create these stunning images.
